Before processing any withdrawal request, hm77n will require satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Additional documents confirming address or source of funds may be requested at hm77n's discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.
Players who are employees of hm77n, its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors — or who are immediate family members of such employees — are not eligible to participate in real-money wagering on the hm77n platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your hm77n account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not disclose your login details to any third party, share your account with another person, or allow any other individual to access your account on your behalf.
hm77n strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password for your hm77n account that is not reused across other services. You should enable two-factor authentication where available. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hm77n's support team immediately at [email protected] so that your account can be secured.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account reviewed for compliance. hm77n does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own service charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction within your hm77n account.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible. All withdrawal requests require satisfactory KYC verification to have been completed before funds are released. hm77n targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes published in the account dashboard. Withdrawals of amounts derived wholly or partly from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full before the withdrawal request can be approved.
All transactions on the hm77n platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Account balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are all denominated in PKR. No currency conversion facility is offered at present.
An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. hm77n will notify you via your registered email address before any dormancy policy is applied to your account. Dormant account fees, where applicable, will be disclosed in the fee schedule published on the platform.
